The invention discloses a grouting adhesion prestressing force yielding anchor rod and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of rock-soil anchoring and engineering supporting. The yielding anchor rod comprises an anchor head, a rod body, a yielding sleeve and a bearing cushion plate, wherein a corrugated casing pipe is inserted in the front part of the yielding sleeve;the outer part of the rear part of the yielding sleeve is cooperated with the bearing cushion plate, and the inner part of the rear part of the yielding sleeve is provided with an inner slider; the rod body penetrates through the inner slider, the yielding sleeve and the corrugated casing pipe in sequence to be connected with the anchor head; the rod body and the inner slider are in force transferring cooperation; a cooperation surface of the inner slider and the yielding sleeve is provided with a plurality of annular through holes; and the annular through holes independently communicate withthe yielding sleeve and the corrugated casing pipe. The anchor rod disclosed by the invention has the functions of releasing energy, yielding, carrying out prestressing force, carrying out whole-length adhesion and the like, and is used for realizing permanent engineering supporting.
