The invention can solve the problems that LED lamps emit a large amount of heat in the working process, existing LED lamps are poor in heat dissipation effect, the service life of the LED lamps is greatly shortened, and most of existing LED lighting illuminating lamps adopt solar panels to absorb heat and convert the heat into electric energy, however, most solar panels mounted on street lamps cannot be subjected to angle adjustment, so that the heat absorption capacity is poor, after the LED lamps are used for a long time, a large amount of dust exposed in the air is attached to the outer walls of the LED lamps, and the light transmittance of the LED lamps is affected, and poor illumination effect is brought about.
