Manufacturing method of lightweight aggregate mortar
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of lightweight aggregate mortar, relates to the field of building materials, and aims to solve the problem of insufficient slump of existing lightweightaggregate mortar. The manufacturing method of the lightweight aggregate mortar comprises the following steps: 1) drying treatment: pouring lightweight aggregate into a drying box for drying and dehumidifying; 2) pre-wetting treatment: carrying out a pre-water-absorption treatment on the lightweight aggregate, soaking the lightweight aggregate in enough water, adding vitrified beads and a gelatinizing agent, and uniformly stirring; 3) spin-drying treatment: spin-drying and dewatering the lightweight aggregate mixed with the vitrified beads and the gelatinizing agent; 4) semi-finished mortar prefabricating: mixing and stirring cement, fly ash, sandstone, water and additive; and 5), mortar mixing: adding the semi-finished mortar into the spin-dried lightweight aggregate, adding water, mixing,and uniformly stirring. The manufacturing method has the advantages that the lightweight aggregate mortar has high strength and extremely low slump.
