The invention discloses an antibacterial disinfecting inorganic high-performance composite fiber material and a preparation method thereof. The antibacterial disinfecting inorganic high-performance composite fiber material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of cement with the strength not lower than 32.5 MPa; 50-80 parts of an admixture with an average particlesize of 5-30 [mu] m; 80 to 130 parts of fine aggregate with an average particle size of 0.15 to 4.75 mm; 0.2-0.8 part of a supported antibacterial agent with an average particle size of 20-100 nm; 12-40 parts of steel fibers with the length-diameter ratio being 60-100 and the tensile strength being not lower than 1000 MPa; 3-5 parts of a high-performance additive; wherein the water-binder ratio is0.16 to 0.2. The antibacterial agent can be more uniformly dispersed in the material through the carrier, the agglomeration phenomenon of the antibacterial agent is reduced, the prepared material isgood in mechanical property, good in antibacterial and disinfection performance and long in antibacterial and disinfection time, the compressive strength is not lower than 130 Mpa, the breaking strength is not lower than 16 Mpa, and the antibacterial rate is larger than 85%.
