The invention discloses a zirconium oxide surface treatment method for dentistry dental department. The method comprises the following steps: 1) completely sintering and crystallizing a dental yttrium-stabilized zirconium dioxide product; 2) uniformly mixing 10-50 parts of lithium silicate ceramic powder with 50-90 parts of distilled water; 3) uniformly spraying the mixed solution to the surface of zirconium oxide to be treated; (4) integrally heating to 900-1200 DEG C, and (5) polishing the surface of zirconium oxide. Nano scale lithium silicate can permeate into zirconium oxide, so that thebinding force between the surface of zirconium oxide and a dental adhesive is improved, and the hardness and the wear resistance of the surface of zirconium oxide can be similar to bionic mechanical properties to a certain extent.
本发明一种用于牙科的氧化锆表面处理方法,有以下步骤:1)将牙科钇稳定型二氧化锆制品完全烧结晶化;2)用硅酸锂陶瓷粉末10‑50份与蒸馏水50‑90份均匀混合;3)将混合液均匀喷涂至需要处理的氧化锆表面;4)整体加热至900‑1200摄氏度;5)将氧化锆表面抛光。本发明能将纳米级的硅酸锂渗透至氧化锆内部,提升氧化锆表面与牙科粘接剂之间的结合力,也可在一定程度上使氧化锆表面的硬度和耐磨度趋同仿生的力学性能。
