The invention discloses a combined supporting structure for transverse earthquake resistance of a three-span bridge, which comprises a bridge abutment, transverse moving grooves and a bridge deck, wherein the transverse moving groove is filled with carbon sponge, the side walls of the two ends of the bridge abutment are each provided with a plurality of anti-seismic mechanisms which extend into the transverse moving grooves and abut against the bridge deck, plugging mechanisms extending into the transverse moving grooves and abutting against the bridge deck are arranged on the side walls of the two ends of the bridge abutment correspondingly, clamping grooves are formed in the side walls of the two ends of the two plugging mechanisms correspondingly, two pulling mechanisms extending into the clamping grooves opposite to the bridge abutment are symmetrically arranged on the bridge abutment, and a plurality of take-up mechanisms are arranged on the bridge abutment. The combined supporting structure is reasonable in structural design, not only can achieve a good anti-seismic effect and prevent the internal structure of the bridge body from being damaged, but also can enable the supporting structure to be conveniently cleaned and refilled when the earthquake intensity is high and the carbon sponge in the supporting structure is broken, and the working efficiency is guaranteed.
