The invention discloses a grading damping support for a bridge. The support comprises: a lower support plate which comprises a lower support plate bottom plate and a lower support plate side baffle, wherein the lower support plate bottom plate and the lower support plate side baffle form a concave plane groove or a concave spherical groove of the lower support plate; a middle seat plate matching part arranged in the concave plane groove or the concave spherical groove of the lower support plate; a middle seat plate arranged on the middle seat plate matching part and comprising a sliding plateside baffle, a middle circular boss and an annular groove, wherein the annular groove is located between the middle circular boss and the sliding plate side baffle; a support friction pair sliding plate arranged in the annular groove, wherein a middle circular hole is formed in the support friction pair sliding plate, and the middle circular boss is sleeved with the middle circular hole; and an upper support plate grading damping assembly arranged on the middle seat plate, wherein the top surface of the upper support plate grading damping assembly is a smooth plane, and mirror surface stainless steel is adhered to the bottom surface. The grading damping support for the bridge has the functions of shock absorption and beam falling prevention, and is simple in structure and good in economical efficiency.
