According to the invention, a rod sleeve drives a telescopic rod to extend forwards, a turntable with a blade mechanism is enabled to move downwards, a cutting board is in contact with the adhered soil to rotationally scrape the adhered soil, so that the problem that the soil is adhered to theground is effectively solved.
