Air filling ports are formed in the two ends of the air bag, water filling ports are formed in the two ends of the water bag, and connecting flanges are arranged on the outer sides of the air filling ports and the water fillingports. The light-duty oil containment boom is prepared by bonding a base cloth layer, a protective layer, a wrapping waterproof layer and an inner lining separate layer, the thickness of the oil containment boom is reduced, weaving angles between warp and weft lines are arranged to be 45 degrees, the oil resistance, abrasion resistance and aging resistance of the oil containment boom are ensuredwhile the thickness is reduced, the air permeability of the oil containment boom is improved, and the weight is reduced, so that the light-duty effect is achieved; and handling is convenient, the storage volume is small, the emergency response ability is high, inflatable placement is facilitated, and the labor intensity is reduced.
