The hand-push type soil ramming device comprises a bottom plate, a first transmission belt, a second transmissionbelt and a soil ramming plate, wherein walking wheels are arranged below the bottom plate; driving wheel shafts are arranged on the walking wheels; the walking wheels are connected with the bottom plate through the driving wheel shafts; first transmission wheels are arranged on the surfaces of the driving wheel shafts; the first transmission belt is arranged on the inner sides of the first transmission wheels; reset springs are arranged above driving vertical rods; the reset springs are located on the inner sides of storage grooves; and the driving vertical rods are connected with a mounting box through the reset springs. According to the hand-push type soil ramming device for the construction site, the ramming device can be pushed to walk, finally, the driving vertical rods are driven todrive the soil ramming plate to carry out soil ramming operation on the ground, the walking potential energy of the ramming device can be converted into driving force for the soil ramming plate to work, so that the situation that a wire needs to be pulled to supply power to the soil ramming plate is avoided, the electric energy consumption is saved, and the working range of the soil ramming deviceis prevented from being limited.
