The invention discloses a suction pump head of a hydraulic dredging vehicle. The suction pump head comprises a pump machine, a connecting opening, a smashing pipe and a disinfecting head. After sludgeis disinfected by the disinfecting head through suction force, the sludge enters the smashing pipe, smashing fan blades in the smashing device are driven to rotate, and strip-shaped contaminants arecut and prevented from blocking the pipeline. The smashing fan blades rotate to drive a blade barrel to scrape the inner wall of the smashing pipe along a movable groove, parasitic ova attached to theinner wall of the pipe fall off, and the situation that due to the fact that a large number of parasitic ova are attached to the wall of the pipe, the pipeline is blocked is avoided; after a pump isstarted, the sludge firstly passes through the disinfecting head, a lamp tube in the disinfecting head is driven to rotate through suction force, pathogene in the sludge is disinfected by heat generated after a directly heated cathode is powered on by rotating by a larger area, a cutter body and a cutter head in a scraper device on the outer wall of the lamp tube are thrown out through centrifugalforce, the passing strip-shaped contaminants are cut at a time, and one part of the ova attached to the contaminants are cut up at a time.
