Efficient reservoir bottom dredging device and dredging method
The invention discloses an efficient reservoir bottom dredging device and dredging method. The device comprises a device body, wherein the device body comprises wall plates and a top cover, bottoms ofthe wall plates are fixedly inserted into a reservoir bottom riverbed and surround sludge, and the top cover seals tops of the wall plates; partition plates which equally divide internal space defined by the wall plates into scraping grooves are oppositely and fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the top cover, and an extraction cylinder is arranged in the middle of the top cover in a communicating mode; side ends of the partition plates are all fixed to the wall plates at the same side; scraping plates in sliding fit with the top cover, the wall plates and the partition plates are arrangedin the scraping grooves respectively, the space between every two opposite scraping grooves forms an extraction groove perpendicular to the corresponding scraping grooves, two ends of each extractiongroove are provided with collection shovels which are as wide as the said extraction groove, and the cross section of each collection shovel is in a U shape; and ropes which communicate with the top end of the extraction cylinder are fixedly arranged at inner sides of the scraping plates and the collection shovels respectively. Through the reservoir bottom dredging device and dredging method, secondary pollution to a water body in the dredging process can be lowered during efficient and fast dredging, and the function of repeated utilization is achieved.
本发明公开了一种高效的库底清淤装置及清淤方法,包括装置本体,所述装置本体包括底部固定插入在库底河床内并包围淤泥四周的壁板,以及封闭壁板顶部的顶盖;所述顶盖底端相对的固定设置有将壁板内部均分为刮泥槽的隔板,顶盖的中部连通有抽泥筒;所述隔板的侧端均与同侧的壁板相固定;所述刮泥槽内均设置有与顶盖、壁板和隔板相滑动配合的刮泥板,各相对的刮泥槽之间构成与刮泥槽相垂直的抽泥槽,抽泥槽的两端设置有与抽泥槽等宽且横截面为U型的收泥铲;所述刮泥板和收泥铲的内侧均固定设置有连通至抽泥筒顶端的绳索。本发明旨在提供一种可高效快速清淤的同时降低清淤过程对水体的二次污染,并具备重复利用功能的库底清淤装置及清淤方法。
