The invention provides an excavator electrical element fault early warning method and system. The method comprises the steps of building a life mathematic model, and constructing a training set; importing the training set into the life mathematical model for training to obtain a trained life mathematical model, wherein the training set comprises current change values of a known life cycle or a known set duration of a plurality of electrical elements with faults; detecting current values and voltage values of the controlled electrical elements in real time, and calculating current change valueswithin the set duration; importing the current change values of the controlled electrical elements into the trained life mathematical model for analysis to obtain a remaining life cycle or detect theexistence of the faults; if the faults are detected, performing pre-alarming; and under the condition that it is judged that the service life point is about to reach and efficacy is about to be lost,informing an operator or a maintainer of maintaining and replacing in advance in an alarm prompting mode, performing fault prediction in advance and performing handling in time.
本发明提供了一种挖掘机电气元件故障预报警方法及系统,步骤包括:建立寿命数学模型,构建训练集;将训练集导入寿命数学模型进行训练,得到训练好的寿命数学模型;所述训练集包括,已知寿命周期或已知存在故障的若干个电器元件的设定时长内的电流变化值;实时检测被控电器元件的电流值和电压值,计算设定时长内的电流变化值;将被控电器元件的电流变化值导入训练好的寿命数学模型进行分析,获取剩余寿命周期或检测出存在故障;若检测出存在故障,进行预报警;在判断快到寿命点失效的情况下,通过报警提示的方式,告诉操作者或者维修人员提前进行保养更换,做到故障提前预知,并进行及时处理。
