The invention provides an excavator bucket blade plate protection structure. The excavator bucket blade plate protection structure is suitable for being used in an excavator. A protection block is mounted on the connecting position of bucket teeth on the front of a bucket and a blade plate, the protection block comprises a connection handle, protection block heads are arranged on the two sides ofthe connection handle, a rubber block with the section of a semicircular structure is mounted at the connecting position of the connecting handle and the inner sides of the bucket teeth, two parallelsprings are arranged in the rubber block, two ends of the springs penetrate through the rubber block to be connected with the two protection block heads, the width of the rubber block is the same withthe width of the connecting position of the bucket teeth and the blade plate, the protection block heads are tightly attached to the two sides of the bucket teeth, the structure is simple, due to thespring structure design and the use of a rubber gasket, the protection block heads can be tightly attached to the side face of the bucket teeth, the possibility that materials enter a gap to damage awelding line can be reduced, due to the whole structure, front end stress of an original structure welding line can be reduced, along with changing of the length of the protection block, the head stress distribution of the welding line can be improved, and the service life of a blade plate assembly part can be effectively prolonged.
本发明提出了一种挖掘机挖斗刃板保护结构,适用于挖掘机使用。在铲斗前端的斗齿与刃板连接处之间设有保护块,保护块包括连接柄,连接柄两侧分别设有保护块头部,连接柄与斗齿内侧连接处设有截面为半圆形结构的橡胶块,橡胶块内设有两根平行设置的弹簧,弹簧两端穿过橡胶块分别与两个保护块头部相连接,橡胶块的宽度与斗齿与刃板连接处宽度相同,保护块头部紧贴在斗齿的两侧。其结构稳定,弹簧结构设计和橡胶垫片的使用可以使保护块头部与斗齿侧面紧密贴合,减小物料进入缝隙对焊缝造成破坏的可能性,整体结构可以减少原来结构焊缝前端应力,并且随着保护块长度的改变可以改善焊缝头部应力分布,有效提高刃板总成部件使用寿命用。
