PVC-U plastic drainage ditch body and production method thereof
The invention provides a PVC-U plastic drainage ditch body. The PVC-U plastic drainage ditch body comprises a drainage ditch main body and a plurality of supporting pieces, wherein the drainage ditchmain body and the supporting pieces are arranged in a split mode. The drainage ditch comprises a drainage groove. The supporting pieces are provided with limiting grooves matched with the drainage groove. The drainage groove can be clamped in the limiting grooves so that the drainage ditch can be fixedly connected with the supporting pieces. The cross sections of the drainage ditch are the same everywhere. Based on the split design of the drainage ditch and reinforcing ribs, the cross sections of the projection of the drainage ditch in the axis direction are the same everywhere, and thereforethe drainage ditch is suitable for more production processes. The invention further provides a production method of the PVC-U plastic drainage ditch body. The drainage ditch is produced through the extrusion molding production process, the drainage ditch can get rid of the limitation of the axial size of a mold in an injection molding process, and therefore the producible size of the length of theditch body is larger than 1 m, the length of the ditch body can be cut and changed at will according to actual requirements in the production process, and the production efficiency of the drainage ditch is improved.
