Ejector rod cavities are formed in the lower wall of the well lid slot in a communicating mode and are symmetrically disposed left and right, ejector rods capable of sliding up and down are arranged in the ejector rod cavities, and the upper ends of the ejector rods extend into the well lid slot and is fixedly connected with the lower end face of the well lid. An intercepting device isarranged on the lower side of the settling well, and a collecting device is arranged above the intercepting device. The well lid can be automatically jacked when the precipitation amount is large, the drainage speed is increased, meanwhile, the situation that the well lid is washed away is avoided, and the possibility of accidents is reduced; and the intercepting device intercepts sundries, garbage and the like in water flow, the intercepted sundries are lifted and conveyed into a collection tank after it is judged that blockage occurs, and therefore the situation that sewer pipeline blockagecauses interruption of a drainage system is effectively avoided.
