Method for vertical mechanical connection of fabricated shear walls
The invention belongs to the field of connection structures of building structures, and particularly relates to a vertical dry-process connection structure of fabricated concrete shear walls and a construction method. The method comprises the steps of firstly designing and separating components of the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall according to structural loads and a design discipline of fabricated concrete structures, determining positions of the components of the vertical connection structure of the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall, then determining diameters, intervals and positions of upper shear wall bottom vertical extended rebars and lower shear wall top vertical extended rebars, then determining relevant specifications and attributes of rigid metal box embeddedparts, including position fixing of the rigid metal box embedded parts and material and size determination of the rigid metal box embedded parts, then performing maintenance and demoulding inspectionof the components of the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall, and finally performing hoisting construction and installation. The vertical dry-process connection structure of the fabricated concrete shear walls has a simple main structure, and can realize quick connection of the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall, thereby effectively improving the construction speed, achieving environment-friendly application, and achieving a broad market prospect.
