The invention discloses a column structure shaped like a Chinese character 'tian' and an electroslag welding process of inner partition plates of the column structure shaped like the Chinese character'tian', and relates to the technical field of steel members shaped like the Chinese character 'tian'. Electroslag welding clamping plates are arranged on a horizontal longitudinal stiffener in pairsand positioned at the electroslag welding connection positions of the inner partition plates and a wing plate on one side of a box body structure; every two electroslag welding clamping plates are respectively arranged on the two sides of the corresponding inner partition plate; notches are formed in the positions, corresponding to the electroslag welding clamping plates and the inner partition plates, on the horizontal longitudinal stiffener; and the two electroslag welding clamping plates, the inner partition plates and the wing plates welded by the electroslag welding corresponding to the electroslag welding clamping plates and the inner partition plates form vertical electroslag welding through holes at the positions of the notches. According to the column structure shaped like the Chinese character 'tian', the notches are formed in the positions, corresponding to the inner partition plates, at the side edges of the horizontal longitudinal stiffener, and the electroslag welding clamping plates are correspondingly arranged on the two sides of each inner partition plate, so that the through electroslag welding through holes are formed among the two electroslag welding clamping plates, the inner partition plates and the wing plate, and a closed operation environment of the electroslag welding is formed; and a structure and electroslag welding process of the inner partition plates which are capable of realizing the electroslag welding operation of the inner partition plates of the column structure shaped like the Chinese character 'tian', especially the small column structure shaped like the Chinese character 'tian' are provided.
