The invention relates to an aluminum alloy formwork structure of a shear wall, and relates to the field of building formworks. The aluminum alloy formwork structure comprises a plurality of plate bodies, a plurality of supporting mechanisms for supporting the plate bodies and a plurality of adjusting mechanisms for adjusting the heights of the plate bodies. The adjacent plate bodies are detachablyconnected. Each supporting mechanism comprises a supporting base detachably connected to the upper end of a floor plate and a plurality of supporting rods hinged to the upper end of the supporting base. The ends, away from the supporting bases, of the supporting rods are connected with the plate bodies. Each adjusting mechanism comprises a movable rod and fixed rods connected to the two ends of the movable rod respectively. The two ends of each movable rod are inserted into the corresponding fixed rods respectively, and the movable rods and the fixed rods are in threaded connection. The fixedrods located on the upper portion are connected with the plate bodies, and the fixed rods located on the lower portion are connected with the supporting bases. The heights of the installed plate bodies are adjusted through the adjusting mechanisms, so that the height of the poured shear wall reaches the standard, and the quality of a building is not likely to be affected.
