The invention provides a constructional column concrete pumping device which effectively solves the problems that a conventional method adopted is low in speed and is low in efficiency, a vibrating rod is required for auxiliary construction, a left horn mouth column head is relatively great after pouring, repair wastes time and labor, and an existing pumping device cannot construct in a small channel, and is limited in application scope. According to the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the constructional column concrete pumping device comprises pressure supply equipment, a concretetransport vehicle, a pumping device and a feeding device at the top end of a constructional column, wherein the pumping device comprises a concrete storage tank; charge hole is formed in the upper endof the storage tank; an end cover is screwed up on the charge hole; a gas exhaust valve is mounted on the end cover; the upper part of the left end of the storage tank is equipped with a gas inlet valve; the gas inlet valve is in pipeline connection to the pressure supply equipment; a clearing hole is formed in the right end of the storage tank; a cover is fixedly arranged on the clearing hole; adischarge hole is formed in the lower part of the right end of the storage tank; a conveying tube is connected on the discharge hole; the two ends of the conveying tube are equipped with quick joints; and the feeding device comprises a steel plate, and a steel tube is welded on the steel plate.
本发明提供了一种构造柱混凝土泵送装置，有效的解决了采用传统方法施工速度慢，效率低，需要振动棒辅助施工，浇筑后遗留的喇叭口柱头较大，修补费时费力，现有的泵送装置无法在小通道内施工，适应范围有限的问题。其解决的技术方案是，包括压力供应设备、混凝土运输车、泵送装置、构造柱顶端的投料装置；泵送装置包括混凝土储料罐，储料罐上端开有进料口，进料口上旋拧有端盖，端盖上安装有排气阀，储料罐左端上部安装有进气阀，进气阀与压力供应设备经管道连接，储料罐右端有清理口，清理口上固定有盖子，储料罐右端下部开有出料口，出料口上连接有输料管，输料管两端安装快速接头；投料装置包括钢板，钢板上焊接有钢管。
