The invention discloses a mounting method of a steel wire rope hanging ring of a cantilever unloading steel platform. The mounting method comprises the following steps of: embedding a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sleeve piece in a beam in advance before concrete pouring of the cantilever unloading steel platform, wherein the PVC sleeve piece is U-shaped; when the strength of the concrete meets the requirement, removing a beam template; then sleeving the PVC sleeve piece with a U-shaped hanging ring, wherein the upper part of the U-shaped hanging ring is provided with a thread; after the PVC sleevepiece penetrates through the PVC sleeve piece, sleeving the U-shaped hanging ring with a thread side with a steel plate with a screw hole; and finally, screwing a nut into the U-shaped hanging ring.
