The invention relates to a hollow rod internal pressurization truss structure. The hollow rod internal pressurization truss structure comprises an upper transverse support rod (1), a lower transversesupport rod (7), a right supporting point (5), a left supporting point (8), a middle upright support rod (11), side upright support rods (12) and oblique support rods (13), and is characterized in that the upper transverse support rod (1), the lower transverse support rod (7), the middle upright support rod (11), the side upright support rods (12) and the oblique support rods (13) are all hollow rods; and all the hollow rods are filled with a medium for applying an internal pressure. By means of application of an internal pressure to a building cavity, the strength of a structural body is enhanced without increasing the size and weight of the material of the structural body. If the medium applying the pressure is gas, the increased gas weight is negligible. If the medium is liquid with a relatively large volume weight, the medium can be selectively used under the situation that counterweight is needed such as the structures of tunnel protection bodies, well pile casings, trunks and thelike.
