The invention relates to the field of production of light unfired refractory bricks, in particular to production equipment for producing light unfired refractory bricks from industrial wastes and a production process of the light unfired refractory bricks. The production equipment comprises a first supporting seat, a second supporting seat, a third supporting seat, a feeding device, a gravity-freemixing device, a lifting, storing and conveying device, a distributing device, a dual-compression brick pressing device and a brick discharging platform, wherein the feeding device and the gravity-free mixing device are arranged on the first supporting seat and are fixedly connected with the first supporting seat; and the feeding device is arranged on the side surface of the gravity-free mixing device and is connected with the gravity-free mixing device. According to the production equipment for producing the light unfired refractory bricks from the industrial wastes and the production process of the light unfired refractory bricks, the problems that existing production of the light refractory bricks needs to consume a large amount of energy, is prone to resulting in environmental pollution and is high in production cost of an enterprise, and an existing light refractory brick production mode is manual production by workers, is low in production efficiency and high in production workintensity, and cannot meet the production needs of the enterprise are solved.
本发明涉及轻质免烧耐火砖生产领域，尤其是涉及一种工业废料生产轻质免烧耐火砖的生产设备及其生产工艺，其包括，支撑座I、支撑座II、支撑座III、加料装置、无重力混合装置、提升储存输送装置、布料装置、双面加压压砖装置及出砖平台，其中，加料装置及无重力混合装置设置于支撑座I上且与支撑座I固定相连接，所述的加料装置设置于无重力混合装置侧面位置且与无重力混合装置相连接，利用本发明解决了目前现有轻质耐火砖在生产时需要消耗大量的能源，容易造成环境污染，企业生产成本较高以及目前现有的轻质耐火砖生产方式为工人手工进行生产，生产效率低、生产劳动强度大，不能满足企业的生产需求的问题。
