Viscosity regulator for cement-based grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a viscosity regulator for a cement-based grouting material and a preparation method of the viscosity regulator. The viscosity regulator is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of a layered silicate mineral, 0.2-3.0 parts of a water-soluble high-molecular polymer, 0.5-2.0 parts of a defoaming agent, 80-90 parts of water and 0.1-0.2 parts ofan aqueous solution regulator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the layered silicate mineral, the water-soluble high-molecular polymer and the defoaming agent toobtain a mixture; mixing the aqueous solution regulator with water to obtain a regulator solution; and mixing the mixture with the regulator solution, stirring, sealing at room temperature, and standing to obtain the viscosity regulator. The viscosity regulator provided by the invention can improve the workability of the grouting material in a water adding and mixing period, can enable the grouting material to maintain good fluidity, and can improve the durability of the hardened grouting material. The preparation process is fine, the preparation process is simple, and the preparation processis green and environment-friendly.
本发明提供了一种水泥基灌浆材料用黏度调节剂及其制备方法。所述黏度调节剂由以下按重量份计的原料制成:层状硅酸盐矿物5份~20份、水溶性高分子聚合物0.2份~3.0份、消泡剂0.5份~2.0份、水80份~90份、水溶液调节剂0.1份~0.2份。所述制备方法包括:将层状硅酸盐矿物、水溶性高分子聚合物以及消泡剂均匀混合,得到混合物;将水溶液调节剂与水混合,得到调节剂溶液;将混合物与调节剂溶液混合,搅拌后室温下密封静置得到黏度调节剂。本发明的黏度调节剂能够改善灌浆材料在加水拌合期间的和易性,能够使灌浆材料保持良好的流动性,提升硬化后灌浆材料的耐久性;制备过程精细,制备工艺简单,是一种绿色环保制备工艺。
