The invention discloses an ultra-long-distance concrete pumping agent. Every 1000 parts by weight of pumping agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 202.00-198.00 partsby weight of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 121.20 to 118.80 parts of a slump retaining agent, 5.05 to 4.95 parts of a water-retaining plasticizer, 3.03 to 2.97 parts of a viscosity regulator, 35.35 to 34.65 parts of a retarder, 0.81 to 0.79 part of a defoaming agent, 2.02 to 1.98 parts of an air entraining agent, and balance of water. The components in the pumping agent raw materials are mutually matched and promoted, so that the pumping performance of the pumping agent is improved, the water-retaining, slump-retaining, retarding and lubricating effects of the pumping agent on concrete are enhanced, and finally, the purpose of long-distance pumping of the concrete is achieved while the self-compaction performance of the concrete is ensured.
