The preparation process comprises the steps: watering and wetting clay brick residues; weighing corresponding parts of cement, the clay brick residues treated in the step 1 and fly ash, putting into a stirrer, and stirring; adding one third of water according to the proportion and continuously stirring; adding the rest of the water, an air entraining agent and the water reducing agent according to the proportion in the step 3, and stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed; injecting the moisture-absorbing concrete prepared in the step 4 into a mold, molding and demolding. The preparation process of the moisture-absorbing concrete brick provided by the invention has the effect of improving the uniformity of moisture-absorbing concrete slurry.
