Paste mortar for tunnel vault mortar anchor rod construction and grouting method of paste mortar
The invention discloses paste mortar for tunnel vault mortar anchor rod construction and a grouting method of the paste mortar. The paste mortar comprises cement, sand and an expanding agent, the weight ratio of the cement to the sand to the expanding agent to the water is (821-845):(821-845):(6-10):(285-293), and the weight ratio of the cement to the sand is 1:1. The grouting method comprises thesteps: a pipeline is wetted with water and thin slurry by pressurizing; a grouting pipe is inserted into an anchor rod hole to the bottom of the hole, and the paste mortar is pumped into the anchor rod hole; after the anchor rod hole is filled with the mortar, the grouting pipe is pulled out, and the rod body of the mortar anchor rod is immediately inserted into the anchor rod hole; and an anchorbearing plate is arranged at the end of the rod body, and a nut is arranged at the end of the rod body to fix the anchor bearing plate. The method has the beneficial effects that the mortar is blended into thick paste to achieve the best combination state with the hole wall; the technology that the mortar is injected firstly and then the anchor rod is inserted is adopted, a mortar stop valve doesnot need to be arranged, mortar anchor rod installation construction is rapidly completed with high quality, and stability and safety of a tunnel primary support system are guaranteed.
一种隧道拱顶砂浆锚杆施工的膏状砂浆及其注浆方法。本发明膏状砂浆包括水泥、砂、膨胀剂,其重量比为:水泥∶砂∶膨胀剂∶水=821~845∶821~845∶6~10∶285~293,其中水泥与砂的重量比为1∶1;注浆方法步骤是:加压使水和稀浆湿润管路;将将注浆管插入锚杆孔至孔底,膏状砂浆被泵入锚杆孔;待砂浆充满锚杆孔,抽出注浆管后,立即将砂浆锚杆的杆体插入锚杆孔内;在杆体的端部安装锚垫板,并在杆体端头安装螺母将锚垫板固定。其有益效果是将砂浆调制成粘稠膏状与孔壁达到最好的结合状态;采用先注砂浆后插入锚杆工艺,无需安装止浆阀,实现高质量快速完成砂浆锚杆安装施工,确保隧道初期支护体系稳定性及安全性。
