The invention discloses a high-strength electric porcelain formula. The formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight, 15 to 25 parts of feldspar, 25 to 35 parts of bauxite, 35 to 45 parts of clay, 10 to 20 parts of alumina micro powder, 40 to 45 parts of silicon dioxide, 45 to 55 parts of aluminum oxide, 1 to 1.5 parts of ferric oxide, 1.0 to 1.8 parts of titanium dioxide, and3.0 to 4.5 parts of a mixture of potassium oxide and sodium oxide. According to the present invention, the strength of the formula is significantly improved, the strength of the porcelain is stabilized at 170 MPa or more, the breakdown rate of the product is 1.0% or less, and the steep wave passing rate is 100% or more, so that the strength of the porcelain is substantially improved compared to the strength of the existing formula; moreover, the formula has the characteristics of low cost and excellent performance, compared with bauxite in the prior art, the alumina micro powder has the advantages that the impurity content is very low, the mechanical property and the electrical property of a high-strength porcelain product are obviously improved, the formula provided by the invention is excellent in process performance, and firing can be carried out under the condition that an existing firing system is not changed.
