The invention provides a production process of a sound-insulation and noise-reduction foamed ceramic insulation board. The process sequentially comprises the following steps: S1, formula mixing: taking 60-75 parts by mass of perlite, 0.3-1 part by mass of silicon carbide, 6-8 parts by mass of zeolite powder, 4-6 parts by mass of talc, 3-5 parts by mass of bentonite, 4-6 parts by mass of shale and4-6 parts by mass of feldspar, putting into a ball mill, carrying out ball milling and uniformly mixing, so as to enable the fineness of the mixture obtained through ball milling to reach 1.2% under 250 mesh; and S2, firing a finished product. Compared with the prior art, silicon carbide is adopted as a foaming catalyst to promote foaming of perlite, and the prepared foamed ceramic insulation board is filled with dense, complex and uniform-size open pores and has excellent sound absorption and noise reduction functions.
本发明提供了一种隔音降噪的发泡陶瓷保温板的生产工艺,所述工艺依次包括步骤如下:S1配方混合:按质量份计,取珍珠岩60~75份、碳化硅0.3~1份、沸石粉6~8份、滑石4~6份、膨润土3~5份、页岩4~6份、长石4~6份,放入球磨机中球磨混匀,使得球磨得到的混合物的细度在250目下达到1.2%;S2烧制成品。与现有技术相比较,本发明采用碳化硅作为发泡的催化剂,来促进珍珠岩的发泡,制得的发泡陶瓷保温板内部充满了密集、复杂且大小均匀的开孔,拥有优质的吸音降噪功能。
