Wide prefabricated bridge deck slab and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a wide prefabricated bridge deck slab, and relates to the field of civil engineering. According to the technical scheme, the prefabricated bridge deck slab is characterized bycomprising a metal net and a concrete layer wrapping the metal net; the metal net is pulled out to form the pre-camber; the concrete layer forms the same pre-camber along with the pre-camber of the metal net, and the prefabricated bridge deck slab is formed. Longitudinal and/or transverse rib plates are arranged above the prefabricated bridge deck slab. A plurality of through holes are formed in the rib plates, and the opening directions of the through holes are perpendicular to the length directions of the rib plates; reinforcing steel bars penetrate through the through holes and are fixedlyconnected with the through holes. According to the invention, the reinforcing steel bars penetrate through the through holes in the rib plates, so that when concrete is poured in subsequent field construction, the binding power between the concrete cured after prefabrication and the concrete newly poured in situ is increased, and the cracking phenomenon is reduced. Meanwhile, the invention furtherdiscloses a construction method of the wide prefabricated bridge deck slab.
