The seabed plastic garbage collection device comprises a box body, a support frame, a plurality of cover plates, a vertical tube, aplurality of through holes, a balance weight ring, an annular water tank, a dragging rod, a plurality of plastic tubes, an air inflation pump and an air suction pump, wherein the lower end of the boxbody is opened; the support frame is arranged at the lower end of the box body; the cover plates are arranged on the support frame and can be turned over upwards; the vertical tube is arranged on thelower surface of the support frame and the lower end of the vertical tube is closed; the through holes are formed in the lower part of the vertical tube; the balance weight ring is arranged at the lower part of the outer side surface of the box body; the annular water tank is arranged on the outer side surface of the box body of the upper part of the balance weight ring; the dragging rod is arranged at the front side of the upper part of the box body and is connected with the rear end of a boat; the plastic tubes are arranged on the lower end edge of the box body and are arranged in a spaced manner, and the lower end of each plastic tube is closed; and the air inflation pump and the air suction pump are arranged on the boat. The seedbed plastic garbage collection device disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of centralized collection of plastic wastes such as plastic bottles and plastic bags, and a high degree of automation.
