The invention discloses a vacuum preloading consolidation method appliable to a dredger soft soil foundation. The vacuum preloading consolidation method appliable to the dredger soft soil foundation comprises the following steps: undisturbed soil is levelled, and a non-woven geotextile is laid; a lower horizontal drainage layer is laid, and comprises a vacuum pipe network on a lower layer and a sandbag layer on an upper layer; dredger fill is laid to reach a predetermined height; a drainage plate is drilled, the lower end of the drainage plate penetrates through the lower horizontal drainage layer to reach the undisturbed soil, the upper end of the drainage plate is reserved, and a non-woven geotextile is laid; an upper horizontal drainage layer is laid, and as the same as the lower horizontal drainage layer in structure, and the upper end of the drainage plate penetrates through the upper horizontal drainage layer; clay is laid to seal, and the upper end of the drainage plate is embedded into a position below the middle of the clay; and the number of invested vacuum pumps is selected according to a construction requirement, the vacuum pumps are started, and water in the soft soilflows out from the vacuum pumps through the drainage plate, the upper horizontal drainage layer and the lower horizontal drainage layer, and soft soil consolidation is realized. According to the method, the vacuum degree and the diffusion efficiency are increased, and the integrality and the sealing effects of the horizontal drainage layers are improved.
