The invention relates to a rotary drill buried drill treatment method, which comprises the steps that a galvanized steel pipe is inserted and driven by a pipe rammer about 20 cm outside a steel casing, and a depth of inserting and driving is not less than 3m below a buried drill surface; then the mode of high-pressure grouting is used to grout a galvanized steel pipe to increase a rigidity of a steel pipe to ensure that a collapsed body does not continue to collapse; and after a cement slurry reaches a design strength, a grab bucket is used to clean soil in a collapsed hole of the steel casing. The rotary drill buried drill treatment method can prevent continuous collapse of a side wall of a pile hole during a construction process of a buried drill, achieve the purpose of quickly cleaningthe soil in the steel casing, ensure the construction progress, and reduce the construction risk of a buried drill construction.
一种旋挖钻埋钻处理方法,采用夯管机沿钢护筒外20cm左右插打镀锌钢管,插打深度超过埋钻面以下不小于3米,然后采用高压注浆方式,对镀锌钢管进行注浆,增加钢管刚度,确保塌方体不持续塌陷,待水泥浆达到设计强度后,采用抓斗进行清理钢护筒内塌孔的土体。本发明可在进行埋钻处理的施工过程中,实现阻止桩孔侧壁塌方面的继续塌方,达到快速清理钢护筒内土体的目的,保证了施工的进度,降低处理埋钻施工的施工风险。
