Deep foundation pit supporting steel support installation structure and installation method thereof
The invention discloses a deep foundation pit supporting steel support installation structure and an installation method thereof. The structure is positioned at both ends of a steel support and comprises a front supporting rack, a rear supporting rack, a support cradle, and bolts pre-embedded in a crown beam; the front supporting rack comprises a front vertical plate and a front horizontal plate;the rear supporting rack comprises a rear vertical plate and a rear horizontal plate; and the support cradle comprises a vertical plate, a bracket, a clamping plate and a clamping groove. In the process of installation, the lower part of the front vertical plate and the front horizontal plate are closely attached to the front edge of the crown beam and the rear vertical plate and the rear horizontal plate are closely attached to the rear edge of the crown beam; the bolts penetrate out of bolt holes on the rear vertical plate and compact the rear vertical plate; the front horizontal plate is connected with the rear horizontal plate in a dismountable mode via a connector; the front horizontal plate is connected with the rear horizontal plate in a butt joint mode and a complete positioning slot is formed at the butt joint position; the vertical plate is attached to the front vertical plate and is clipped to the upper part of the front vertical plate via the clamping groove; the clamping plate is clamped into the positioning slot; and the bracket is for holding up an end part of a steel support and realizing limiting. The structure can be repeatedly used, the installation is convenientand the stability is good.
