The lifting type shockproof well lid comprises a connecting seat and awell lid body, wherein the well lid body is embedded in a mounting groove of the connecting seat; a connecting cavity is formed in the well lid body; a lifting structure is arranged between the connecting cavity and the connecting seat; and a damping device is fixedly mounted on the upper wall surface of the well lid body. The lifting structure is arranged between the connecting seat and the welllid body, after the well lid moves downwards, a worker adjusts a first screw in the lifting structure to adjust the height of the well lid body, thus, the well lid is flush with the ground, pits in aroad surface are reduced, and traffic accidents are reduced; by the damping device on the well lid body, the well lid can be affected, and the circumstance that the well lid is rolled and damaged is prevented; and by cooperation of a deodorization box and packing, an activated carbon plate in the packing adsorbs and removes peculiar smell in a well, the circumstance that the peculiar smell is dispersed from the well lid is relieved, and pollution of the peculiar smell to the environment is reduced.
