The invention discloses a claw type sand excavating part capable of preventing dust flying. The claw type sand excavating part capable of preventing dust flying comprises a sand cylinder; a sand storage cavity with a downward opening is formed in the sand cylinder; a turnover device is arranged on the sand cylinder; the turnover device comprises six turnover grooves which are formed in the lower end of the circumferential end surface of the sand cylinder in the form of an annular array and have downward openings; connecting blocks with lower ends extending outside are arranged between the front and rear walls of the turnover grooves in a rotating manner; turnover claws are fixedly arranged at the lower ends of the connecting blocks; gas pumping devices are arranged in the wall of the sandstorage cavity; and a dust prevention device is arranged above the sand storage cavity. According to the claw type sand excavating part capable of preventing dust flying, more sands can be effectivelygrabbed, and moreover, the gas pumping devices suck sand between the turnover gaps in the sand excavating process to prevent larger fitting clearance caused by sand blockage so as to avoid sand leaking in the moving process; and as a communication opening of the dust prevention device is automatically opened or closed in the lowering and lifting process to effectively prevent dust flying in the sand moving process and improve the working environment.
