The invention discloses a dual-purpose toilet bowl comprising a toilet bowl body, a flushing device is mounted at the rear upper part of the toilet bowl body; a pressurizing water cavity is formed inthe bottom of the flushing device; a buffer water cavity is formed in the upper end of the pressurized water cavity; the pressurized water cavity is connected with the buffer water cavity through a water inlet electromagnetic valve, a drain valve used for controlling water discharge in the pressurized water cavity is arranged at the bottom of the pressurized water cavity, an air tank is arranged on the outer side of the pressurized water cavity, the air inlet end of the air tank is connected with an air outlet of a micro air pump, and the outlet end of the air tank is connected with an air inlet in the upper end of the pressurized water cavity; a seat cushion ring is arranged on the opening edge of a toilet bowl opening of the toilet bowl body, the rear portion of the seat cushion ring ishinged to the rear side of the opening edge of the toilet bowl opening, and the left edge and the right edge of the opening edge of the toilet bowl opening are each provided with a treading position;when the seat cushion ring is turned up, people can directly step on the treading positions to make stool in a squatting mode, and when the seat cushion ring is put down, the people can make stool ina sitting mode. The toilet bowl disclosed by the invention is convenient to squat and sit, quite convenient to use and outstanding in practicability.
