The invention discloses a circulating recycle system for drainage water of an open-pit coal mine and circulating cooling water of a pithead power plant. The circulating recycle system comprises a deepwell, a booster pump station and an open-pit coal mine water feeding station; the deep well is located at the open-pit coal mine to provide deep well drainage water; the booster pump station is arranged between the deep well and the pithead power plant and is used for pumping deep well drainage water from the deep well through a pipeline so as to provide circulating cooling water for the pitheadpower plant; and the open-pit coal mine water feeding station is used for collecting chemical circulating water which passes through the pithead power plant via a pipeline. The circulating recycle system disclosed by the invention can be used for recycling the drainage water generated by the circulating cooling water applied to the pithead power plant in spray dust fall of the open-pit coal mine.s
