The invention discloses prefabricated slab assembling equipment for prefabricated building. The assembling equipment comprises a mechanical arm, a front end of the mechanical arm is connected with a guide rail beam horizontally extending forwards in a supported mode through a truss mechanism, a guide rail is arranged on a lower side of the guide rail beam in a length direction, and a prefabricatedslab assembling mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the guide rail beam; an upper end of the prefabricated slab assembling mechanism is connected to the guide rail of the guide rail beam through a sliding block. The prefabricated slab assembling equipment further comprises a driving device. The driving device can drive the prefabricated slab assembling mechanism to do translational displacement in a length direction of the guide rail beam. The prefabricated slab assembling equipment disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, effect of clamping and releasing the prefabricated slab are achieved in the mode that a left clamping block and a right clamping block are mutually folded and unfolded, and meanwhile, the clamping state can be automatically released after a fixing pileis inserted into an assembling hole.
