The hospital single quarantine protection diagnosis and treatment room comprises a single closed room, thesingle closed room is provided with a door, an air inlet and an air outlet, and one side face of the single closed room is a diagnosis and treatment operating surface oriented to a patient, the diagnosis and treatment operating surface is made of an elastic film material, and the diagnosis and treatment operating surface is provided with a quarantine operating gloves; and the air inlet is provided with a first degerming device. The hospital single quarantine protection diagnosis and treatment room provided by the invention is provided with the single closed room for single doctor staying alone, and air entering into the single closed room from the air inlet is treated by the first degerming device, thus, the air entering into the single closed room is safe, and a doctor in the single closed room is free from wearing a mask and a protection suit. Moreover, the doctor can put two hands in the quarantine operating gloves to perform quarantine diagnosis and treatment operations for the patient, and direct contact between the doctor and the patient is avoided; moreover, the diagnosis and treatment operating surface can deform elastically, thus, limit to body actions of the doctor by the diagnosis and treatment operating surface is lower, and diagnosis and treatment operations of the doctor are facilitated greatly.
