A lifting platform (10) is arranged on a trolley body frame (9), a trolley traveling driving motor (19) is arranged on the trolley body frame (9), a rack installationbase and a rack are arranged on the trolley body frame (9), a lifting platform driving motor (25) is arranged on the lifting platform (10), a two-end output long shaft (26) is connected to the outputend of the lifting platform driving motor (25), a front lifting driving gear (27) is connected to the front end of the two-end output long shaft (26), a rear lifting driving gear (28) is connected tothe rear end of the two-end output long shaft, the front lifting driving gear is engaged with a front rack (14), and the rear lifting driving gear is engaged with a rear rack (16). The damage of a clamping arm to the vehicle ties is greatly reduced.
