The invention discloses a pavement crack depth measuring device for road and bridge detection. The device structurally comprises a handheld grip rod, a battery pack block, a side frame electric platebox, a rotor potential magnetic cylinder, a power distribution case, an industrial control mainboard and a digital display screen. According to the invention, through cooperation between the rotor potential magnetic cylinder and the power distribution case, a fan brush rotor disc is communicated through the power distribution case to form an electromagnet rotor current breakdown feedback operationeffect in a cylinder groove housing block; the depth of the crack is matched with the reinforcement bars in the cement to form protection clearance detection and depth detection in the whole crack frame through electromagnetic feedback of an armature magnetic frame and a relay checking frame, and the data is compiled in one step; a rotor scanning wheel is matched with the attraction force of an electromagnet deep bridge iron stand to form a partition type magnetic field protection effect; and then, the breakdown current is matched with light curtain scanning to obtain corrected accurate crackdepth data and the distance between the broken cement boards to be extended, so that the service life detection efficiency of the solid cement boards is improved.
本发明公开了一种道桥检测用路面裂缝深度测量装置,其结构包括:手提握把杆、电池组块、侧架电板箱、转子电位磁筒、配电机箱、工控主板、数码显示屏,本发明实现了运用转子电位磁筒与配电机箱相配合,通过配电机箱连通扇刷转子盘在筒槽壳块形成电磁铁转子电流击穿反馈操作效果,使裂缝的纵深配合水泥内加强筋杆通过衔铁磁框架与继电对检架的电磁反馈,形成整个裂缝框架内的防护间隙检测和纵深检测数据一步到位整编,且转子扫描轮配合电磁铁纵深桥梁铁架的吸引力,形成隔断式磁场防护效果,再让击穿电流配合光幕扫描,得到校正的精准裂缝深度数据和待延展破裂的水泥板间距,提升实心水泥板的使用寿命检测高效性。
