The invention discloses an anti-theft alarm security door. The security door structurally comprises a security door, a door frame, a door magnet, an attraction mechanism and a handle. The security door is hinged with the door frame; a back surface of the door magnet is attached to the surface of a front end of the security door; the handle is mounted at a left position of a middle section of the security door; the attraction mechanism is embedded and fixedly connected with the door frame; a magnet sheet generates an extrusion force on a pushing mechanism; the pushing mechanism can extrude themagnet; the magnet slides towards a left side along an inner wall of the shell; the door magnet can give out an alarm sound; a thief is prevented from attracting the door magnet through the magnet sheet instead of the attraction mechanism and a condition that an alarm effect of the door magnet is invalid is avoided; and the position of the inserted magnet sheet can be fixed through cooperation ofa swing plate on a stress block and an opening and closing block, and the opening and closing block can fix the position of the inserted magnet sheet through a thrust generated by the inserted magnetsheet to the swing plate on the stress block.
