CYLINDRICAL FURNACE MUFFLE STRUCTURE MADE OF CARBON/CARBON COMPOSITE MATERIAL
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a muffle structure for a cylindrical furnace (including a vertical cylindrical furnace and a horizontal cylindrical furnace), the muffle structure having high durability and small thermal capacity, and making it possible to reduce operating cost significantly without requiring a large-size manufacturing facility. The cylindrical furnace muffle structure has a polygonal columnar body comprising a plurality of plate members made of carbon/carbon composite material and a plurality of linking members made of carbon/carbon composite material,wherein the plurality of plate members are coupled by means of the plurality of linking members.
本发明的课题在于提供一种耐久性优异、热容量小、不需要大型的制造设备、能够大幅度减少营运成本的圆筒炉(包括立式圆筒炉和卧式圆筒炉)用的套筒构造,上述圆筒炉用套筒构造由多个碳/碳复合材料制的板部件、和多个碳/碳复合材料制的连结部件构成,将该多个板部件经由该多个连结部件结合而形成为多边形柱状体。
