The invention provides a slope water and soil plant cultivation device convenient for maintaining soil moisture. The device comprises a slope rod and an anti-inclination mechanism, wherein a first connecting strip is welded to one side of the slope rod; a second connecting strip is welded to the other side of the slope rod; hoop strips are welded to the outer side walls of the first connecting strip and the second connecting strip; a hoop groove is formed in the edge of the side wall of the slope rod; the anti-inclination mechanism is welded to the surface of the second connecting strip; planting barrels are welded to the inner side wall of the first connecting strip and the inner side wall of the second connecting strip; and a water injection mechanism is arranged in each planting barrel.Through the anti-inclination mechanism, an anti-inclination rope has the effect of fastening rhizomes of a cultivated green plant, so that the situation that the rhizomes of the green plant incline in a growth process is avoided; and a rotating rod is set to be in a threaded shape, so that a user can wind and draw the anti-inclination rope conveniently, and the situation that the anti-inclinationrope is mutually wound in a using process can be avoided.
