Preparation process of chrysotile reinforced calcium silicate board
The invention discloses a preparation process of a chrysotile reinforced calcium silicate board. The process flow comprises the following steps of (1) slurry preparing; (2) flow slurry forming; (3) pre-curing and autoclaving; (4) surface sanding; (5) edging and chamfering; and (6) quality inspection and warehousing. According to the chrysotile reinforced calcium silicate board prepared by the method, siliceous and calcareous materials are used as main cementing materials, organic synthetic fibers, inorganic mineral fibers or cellulose fibers and the like are used as reinforcing materials, thematerials are uniformly laid on the two sides of a galvanized welded wire mesh, and the board is prepared by molding, pressurizing and autoclaved curing. In the production process of the plate, the prepared material blank is fed into an autoclave, the activity of the siliceous and calcareous materials in raw material is promoted to be stimulated under the action of saturated steam of about 0.8 MPato 1.0 MPa and at about 180 DEG C, and the process of hydration reaction and strength generation is promoted. The preparation method is simple, and the prepared chrysotile reinforced calcium silicateboard is high in breaking strength and impact strength, stable in performance, good in heat preservation performance and safe and reliable to use.
本发明公开了一种温石棉加强型硅酸钙板的制备工艺,其工艺流程如下:(1)、料浆制备工序;(2)流浆成型工序;(3)预养与蒸压工序;(4)表面砂光工序;(5)磨边倒角工序;(6)质检入库。本发明制备得的温石棉加强型硅酸钙板,以硅质、钙质材料为主要胶凝材料,有机合成纤维、无机矿物纤维或纤维素纤维等为增强材料,均匀平铺于镀锌电焊网两侧,经成型、加压、蒸压养护制成的板材。板材在生产过程中,制成的料坯送入压蒸釜中,经约0.8MPa~1.0MPa、180℃左右的饱和蒸汽作用,促使激发原料中硅质、钙质材料的活性,促进发生水化反应,产生强度的过程。本发明的制备方法简单,制备的温石棉加强型硅酸钙板抗折强度、抗冲击强度高,性能稳定,保温性能好,使用安全可靠。
