The invention provides a sea sand dechlorination device and method for a mixing station. The device comprises an ozone gas water atomization device and a feeder sealing cabin; the ozone gas water atomization device comprises an ozone generator, an ozone collector, a softened water tank, a water-vapor mixing valve and a plurality of atomizing nozzles; the ozone generator is connected with the inputend of the ozone collector; the output end of the ozone collector is connected with the input end of the water-vapor mixing valve; the softened water tank is connected with the input end of the water-vapor mixing valve; the input end of the water-vapor mixing valve is connected with the plurality of atomizing nozzles respectively; the plurality of atomizing nozzles are uniformly arranged in a feeder sealing cabin; a feeding port and a discharging port are respectively formed in two ends of the feeder sealing cabin; a vibration spiral feeder is arranged in the feeder sealing cabin, and the twoends of a vibration spiral feeder are connected with the feeding port and the discharging port respectively. By the adoption of the device and method, chloride ions in the sea sand can be removed again in the concrete feeding process of the concrete mixing station.
