Formula and preparation method of waterproof material
The invention provides a formula and a preparation method of a waterproof material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials consisting of cement, ground calcium carbonate powder, silica powder, quartz sand, talcum powder, cellulose ether, a water reducing agent, bentonite, a styrene-butadiene emulsion, an acrylic emulsion, polyether polyol, color paste and a defoaming agent in parts by weight; sequentially adding the cement, the ground calcium carbonate powder, the silica powder, the quartz sand, the talcum powder and the bentonite into a high-speed stirrer, and carrying out uniform mixing to obtain a first mixture; adding the styrene-butadiene emulsion and the acrylic emulsion into the stirrer, and carrying out uniform mixing to form a second mixture;adding the second mixture into the first mixture, carrying out uniform stirring, sequentially adding the cellulose ether, the water reducing agent, the polyether polyol and the defoaming agent, and carrying out uniform mixing to form a third mixture; and finally, adding the color paste into the third mixture, and carrying out uniform stirring to obtain the waterproof material. The waterproof material is good in waterproof performance and not prone to deformation at high temperature; and the styrene-butadiene emulsion and the acrylic emulsion are added, so bonding strength is improved.
本发明提供一种防水材料的配方及其制备方法，水泥、重钙粉、硅微粉、石英砂、滑石粉、纤维素醚、减水剂、膨润土、丁苯乳液、丙烯酸乳液、聚醚多元醇、色浆、消泡剂，称取上述重量份的各材料；在高速搅拌机中依次加入水泥、重钙粉、硅微粉、石英砂、滑石粉、膨润土，混合均匀，得到第一混合物；在搅拌机中加入丁苯乳液、丙烯酸乳液，混合均匀，形成第二混合物；在第一混合物中加入第二混合物，搅拌均匀后再依次加入纤维素醚、减水剂、聚醚多元醇、消泡剂，混合均匀，形成第三混合物；最后在第三混合物中加入色浆搅拌均匀，得到防水材料。本发明防水性能好，不易在高温下发生变形，且添加丁苯乳液、丙烯酸乳液增加了粘接的强度。
