According tothe invention, cement is used as a main raw material, and straw fibers and fly ash are used as modification admixtures; the prepared hollow self-insulation building block is low in heat conductivity coefficient and good in insulation effect; low-carbon reutilization of straw is realized, and regional climate, environmental adaptability and energy efficiency of a building are improved; and the straw fibers are loose and low in heat conductivity coefficient, and the straw fibers are recycled to serve as a modification material and added into a fly ash building block, so the problems of environmental pollution and resource wasting caused by burning of straw outdoors can be solved, the use amount of cement can be reduced, the porosity of the building block is improved, and the density and theheat conductivity coefficient of the building block are reduced.
