The resin concrete is prepared by using the method; the material is reasonablein size and proportion, high in filling adaptability and high in operability, the constructability and the sprayability of a resin concrete mixture are improved, the volume weight and the compressivestrength and tensile strength of resin concrete are improved, then the cost of the resin concrete is reduced, the use space of the resin concrete is enlarged, and quite high applicability is achieved.
本发明是基于数字化混凝土模型创建的数字化树脂混凝土配制方法。数字化模型是以现代混凝土配制方法为基础,通过对混凝土集料间体积比例、颗粒尺寸比例的精心优化,建立起来的三维空间普适性多组合数字化混凝土模型。利用数字化混凝土模型,本发明使树脂混凝土配制方法部分数字化,初步建立了树脂混凝土科学配制体系,使树脂混凝土配制方法发生质的飞跃,从试配法发展成一门计算科学、数字科学雏形。运用本发明方法配制的树脂混凝土,材料尺寸和比例合理,填充适应性高,可操作性强,提高树脂混凝土拌合物的易施工性和可喷涂型,提高树脂混凝土容重和抗压抗拉强度,进而降低树脂混凝土成本,扩大了树脂混凝土使用空间,具有很高适用性。
